We have a realtor liaison whose primary role is to communicate with the realtors associated with any purchase transactions that the company originates. Industry statistics support the fact that there are often more than thirty people involved in originating, processing, and closing a loan. The realtor liaison’s job is to keep all parties involved in a particular transaction; i.e. borrowers, realtors, title companies, etc. informed of the current status of loans in process. Our realtor liaison provides vital support to the processing department. We believe his/her contribution sets us apart from other lenders large or small, who are generally too busy to update their clients on a regular basis.

We believe it is our responsibility to make sure that the lender and the title company are in sync, with the detail involved with each file. We believe that it is our job to see that the lender wires the money to the table on time, even for A.M. settlements. It is not enough to just get the funds there on the day of settlement.
